Since joining in 2020, I have worked on a variety of interesting projects that have given me the hands-on experience needed to shape and grow my problem-solving skills. The small size of the firm has provided the opportunity to collaborate with experts in the field – something that may not have happened in a larger business One highlight includes our work designing water systems for the Water Corporations’ main transfer.

While each week here is different, we always try to gather in the break-out space for a morning coffee. It’s a simple ritual but one that keeps us connected. OneStone has a friendly and flexible office atmosphere with the right amount of teamwork and autonomy. I can confidently say that we all trust each other, and I know that I can draw on the expertise and support of my colleagues whenever required.
