Like many engineers, I love tackling a technical challenge that will vastly improve the communities involved. In my time at OneStone, I have had the chance to work on projects that do just that, including several critical water systems for the Water Corporation and a sizeable agricultural system servicing all the growers in Carnarvon.
It’s great to be a part of a business that has unique and respected experience with water hammer and water transient issues, which is an area of water engineering that is often shrouded in doubt and uncertainty for other water engineering consultants. Working within a focused environment offers a great opportunity for those looking to become an expert in an engineering niche with high demand.
OneStone has a warm and welcoming culture, and we socialise together when we can. This includes the occasionally long lunch – usually at the end of a tricky project! – and social events with friends and family.
